International awards underscore the growing importance of talent development, leadership, and modern work models in the legal market.

Competition in the international legal market is increasingly shaped by factors that go far beyond legal excellence. Talent development, modern leadership models, and attractive working conditions are now essential prerequisites for attracting, developing, and retaining the best legal professionals in the long term. This, in turn, ensures that clients receive the excellent advice they expect from a renowned law firm.

This trend is also reflected in the Women in Business Law Awards 2026. DORDA received three awards: Managing Partner Francine Brogyányi was named Life ScienceLawyer of the Year EMEA, DORDA was recognized as the Work-Life Balance Firm of the Year (CEE), and attorney Corina Kruesz was honored as the Rising Star IP EMEA.

For years, DORDA has been committed to promoting talent and fostering sustainable career development. In particular, the women@DORDA initiative, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, aims to provide targeted support to women on their career paths and to increase the proportion of female leaders at the firm in the long term. Mentoring programs, targeted support measures, and flexible career and work-time models are key components of this effort.

“The demands placed on employers are changing fundamentally, including in the legal market. Today, talented professionals expect not only excellent training and exciting cases, but also genuine opportunities for growth and an environment that accommodates diverse lifestyles. With women@DORDA, we have been consistently pursuing this goal for ten years. What makes me particularly proud is not the award itself, but the people behind it: female colleagues who have forged their own paths at DORDA, taken on responsibility, and left a lasting mark on our firm. We see the fact that this approach is also gaining international recognition as a validation of our initiative,” says Francine Brogyányi, Managing Partner of DORDA.

We are also particularly pleased about the recognition of Corina Kruesz as a Rising Star IP. This highlights the importance of highly specialized expertise in areas that are becoming increasingly relevant in light of technological innovations and growing digitalization.

These awards confirm a path that DORDA has consistently followed for many years: Excellence begins with people.
