Pro Bono

DORDA's success stems from a founding spirit based on clarity and foresight that continues to shape the firm today.  This creates an environment in which top performance can flourish and courageous action is backed by support. We want to pass this support on to others. Based on our beliefs and as part of our corporate culture, we advise the following NGOs and institutions free of charge:

  • Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières
Nobel Peace Prize winners 1999. International medical aid organization for people in crisis areas.

  • Malteser Hospitaldienst Austria
Relief organization that helps people living with disabilities, the sick, elderly, and lonely.

  • Sterntalerhof
The first children's hospice in Austria. It offers holistic support to seriously ill children and their families.

  • The Vienna Children's Theatre
The only theatre in Vienna run by professionals where all parts are performed by children. The children discover literature through play, learn to perform confidently in front of an audience, and practice social interaction.

  • Österreichische Galerie Belvedere
One of the most important national collections of Austrian art dating from the Middle Ages to the present day.

  • World Orchestra for Peace
This orchestra was founded in 1995 by Sir Georg Solti. His vision was to demonstrate that music is the best ambassador for peace. The orchestra features internationally renowned musicians from the world's leading orchestras.

In addition to our pro bono work for NGOs and institutions, we also advocate for individual cases:

  • Andreas Ernhofer
Austrian para-swimmer and "Forbes 30 Under 30" listmaker Andreas Ernhofer overcame paraplegia to achieve several records and championship medals. In addition to his athletic career and studies in medical informatics, he plans to start his own company, supported by the start-up desk cooperation of FORBES and DORDA.
