Francine Brogyányi

Francine Brogyányi is Managing Partner at DORDA and is recognised as one of the leading experts for Life Sciences law in Austria and the EU. She advises national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, MedTech, biotech and digital health sectors on all regulatory, compliance‑relevant and strategic matters across the entire product life cycle — from research and development, clinical trials, market access and reimbursement to advertising, distribution, complex regulatory issues, product safety and crisis management. Since 2012, she has headed DORDA’s Dedicated Industry Group Health & Life Science.

Before joining DORDA, Francine Brogyányi gained international in‑house and industry experience at an oil and gas company in Sydney as well as in the legal department of a multinational corporation in Austria. This commercial background informs her pragmatic and strategically focused advisory approach.

She is the editor of the book Genderbias im Recht and author of numerous specialist publications on pharmaceutical law, medical device law and life sciences regulation. She also lectures at the Pharmig Academy and is a member of the European life sciences networks LSPG and Biolegis.
