Team spirit

Success is something we create together.

For us, team spirit means reliability, mutual appreciation and an environment in which every voice counts.
At DORDA, you work with people who share their knowledge, take responsibility and want to achieve more together.
We choose collaboration over a competitive culture. We celebrate success together and share responsibility too.

Diversity

Our differences make us stronger. Difference is part of who we are.

At DORDA, diversity is not just a concept. It is part of our everyday reality. Different backgrounds, experiences and ways of thinking shape our collaboration and make us stronger as a team. We value diversity because it opens new perspectives, enables better solutions and enriches our daily interactions.

Prospects

Development needs room. We provide it.

For us, prospects mean trust in your strengths, clear expectations and the opportunity to assume responsibility and shape your own path. We create room to grow and actively support you along the way. A career at DORDA does not follow a one-size-fits-all model. It offers development with clear direction. You grow professionally and personally, take responsibility and shape your path as part of the team.

A career at DORDA is not a fixed model, but development with direction.
You grow both professionally and personally, take on responsibility and shape your path as part of the team.

Yes. Remote work is part of DORDA’s modern working culture.

Lawyers can generally work remotely for up to two days per week. Business Support employees usually have one remote-working day per week, as in-person collaboration and office presence are particularly important in these roles. Our goal is to enable flexibility while fostering personal interaction, collaboration and DORDA’s culture in everyday working life.

DORDA regards professional and personal development as a central part of its culture.

Our learning and development programmes are aligned with each person’s role, experience and individual goals. We support professional and personal growth through internal courses, specialist training, external programmes and individual development opportunities.

For lawyers, the DORDA Academy provides a programme specifically tailored to legal training.

DORDA’s structured onboarding process supports new employees in making a successful start.

  •  Business Support employees as Legal Team Assistants or Business Experts

Current jobs and vacancies are published on the DORDA careers page.

Apply directly via the online application link in the relevant job advertisement.

If no suitable role is currently available, you are welcome to submit a speculative application so that your documents can be considered for future career and entry opportunities.

We require a CV and cover letter.

You may also include training certificates, references and employment certificates. Students should additionally submit a current academic transcript; those at the beginning of their studies may add their school-leaving certificate. Legal applicants should also include relevant degree examination certificates and may provide evidence of their court practice. A complete application helps us to better understand your profile and experience.

DORDA values complete, informative and carefully prepared applications.

Equally important are a clear connection to the advertised position and genuine motivation to join our team.

Of particular relevance to us are:

  • An up-to-date CV
  • An individual cover letter
  • Relevant certificates and proof of qualifications
  • Genuine interest in the position
  • Authenticity and personality
  • Good preparation for DORDA and the interview

In addition to professional qualifications, we look for people who want to contribute their strengths, assume responsibility and add to our open, team-oriented culture.

Good grades and relevant previous experience can be an advantage, but are not decisive in every case.

What matters is the overall picture. Alongside professional qualifications, we place particular value on motivation, personality and a convincing explanation of your interest in the position.

If your academic results are below average or your CV contains significant gaps, we recommend explaining the background openly and clearly in your cover letter.

If specific experience is required, it is explicitly stated in the job advertisement.

Our application process is respectful and generally consists of two rounds of interviews.

The aim is to get to know each other and determine whether there is a good professional and personal fit. In the first round, you meet representatives of our Recruiting team; interviews for legal positions are conducted by partners. You gain insight into DORDA, the position and our way of working. In the second round, you meet the relevant manager and/or future colleagues from the team. Depending on the position, additional or different steps may apply. The conversations focus on your qualifications, motivation, expectations, personality and working style, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role and DORDA as an employer.
