Energy and Environmental Law

DORDA – Your compass in energy and environmental law.

Energy and environmental law is a central pillar for implementing the energy and climate transition and for sustainable resource use. Plant law in particular creates the relevant legal framework for the planning, approval and operation of projects with environmental impacts.

In particular, it deals with planning and approval procedures for industrial and infrastructure projects in the fields of transport and energy, as well as for projects in the commercial sector, raw material extraction, waste management and the leisure industry, for example in cable car and sports facility infrastructure. Efficient and smooth implementation requires close interdisciplinary cooperation with technical offices.
