Vivien Lux is a lawyer at DORDA and a member of the Real Estate Team. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law and, in particular, assists with estate transactions, project developments and complex issues relating to rent and property law. Her particular focus lies on the legal structuring and implementation of asset and share deals, advising on the purchase and sale of property portfolios, and providing ongoing advice to investors, project developers and leaseholder. In doing so, she combines in-depth legal expertise with a strong understanding of economic contexts and the requirements of complex real estate projects.

Vivien Lux studied law at the University of Vienna. She gained international academic experience during an Erasmus placement in Paris and a summer school at Columbia University in New York. She has been with DORDA since 2018. Alongside her work as a legal professional, she is actively involved in education and training and serves as a lecturer at the University for Continuing Education Krems. Furthermore, she regularly publishes and gives talks on current developments in property and real estate law.
