Tibor Varga is a corporate finance lawyer and head of the finance department. His practice covers all aspects of corporate finance, including banking and capital markets law and public takeovers. He has extensive expertise in credit financing (including direct lending, syndicated loans/club deals, mezzanine, LBO, and project finance) as well as private equity, equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions. He also advised on numerous significant Austrian restructurings, including such with material cross-border implications. Before joining DORDA in 1996, Tibor Varga worked in bank audit at KPMG in Vienna. He regularly writes articles on banking, corporate, and tax law topics, and presents at seminars and conferences.
