Ayo-Victor Hübl is part of DORDA’s Public Commercial Law team. His practice focuses on green public procurement, public commercial law, and immigration and nationality law, combining legal precision with strategic foresight in complex regulatory environments. Ayo is Co-Head of DORDA’s interdisciplinary Sustainability Group, advising both public-sector clients and contractors on ESG-compliant procurement processes – from drafting specifications to structuring sustainable contract models. Ayo regularly advises municipalities, public bodies, architects, and construction companies on design competitions and construction tenders for infrastructure projects – often from project inception to implementation. He is known for his pragmatic and solution-oriented legal approach, closely aligned with the operational realities of public contracting authorities.
A further focus of his work lies in immigration and citizenship law for individuals and international families. As part of DORDA’s Private Wealth Industry Group, Ayo supports clients in designing strategic pathways to residency and citizenship in Austria, with a strong emphasis on legal certainty, long-term planning, and confidentiality.
Ayo is a frequent speaker and published author on public procurement, construction, and ESG-related legal topics. Before joining DORDA, he worked at a leading international law firm and a boutique firm specializing in public procurement.
