Zakar Stepanyan

Zakar Stepanyan has been working as an attorney at DORDA since October 2025. He specializes in antitrust law, foreign direct investment (FDI) control, and merger control. In these areas, he advises both national and international clients, particularly in complex proceedings before competition authorities, in merger control and FDI review procedures, as well as in the legal structuring of cross-border transactions. Prior to joining DORDA, he gained valuable practical experience in his areas of expertise at an internationally oriented commercial law firm based in Vienna
