Elena Lanmüller

Elena Lanmüller is a Principle Associate at DORDA and a member of the firm’s Dedicated Industry Group Health & Life Science. She advises companies in the digital health, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors on regulatory, compliance and product liability matters and is regarded as one of the next generation of life sciences experts in Austria.

Her particular focus lies on product liability litigation involving medical devices and medicinal products, as well as on complex regulatory issues relating to Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI‑based health technologies, in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and connected MedTech systems.

She is the author of specialist publications on e‑health, medical device law, product liability and life sciences regulation. She is also a member of the European life sciences network LSPG (NextGen) and the AIJA Life Sciences Commission, and she has excellent Spanish language skills.
