Alexander Karl is a dispute resolution partner at DORDA. He specialises in complex, cross-border corporate and company law disputes. He also focuses on the enforcement of national and international arbitral awards and court judgments against states, companies and individuals.
Alexander Karl is a co-founder of “Young Litigators”, a network for young Austrian partners specialising in litigation. He regularly speaks at international conferences, is an external lecturer at JKU Linz, and is the author of various specialist publications in the fields of international civil procedure and execution law, as well as on topics relating to arbitration law.
Together with his team, he supports the clients in challenging situations, both in and out of court.
