Franz Tengg is Counsel at DORDA and focuses on M&A, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, and Restructuring. He advises domestic and international investors, banks, and corporations on complex national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, a broad range of financing matters, as well as in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

With more than a decade of experience, Franz has extensive expertise in negotiating and structuring sophisticated M&A processes and financing transactions throughout their entire lifecycle. 

Before joining DORDA, he gained international experience as an associate at an international law firm, completed a secondment with Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, and worked as Counsel at a renowned boutique law firm.
