Martin Brodey has been with DORDA for 35 years, has been a partner since 1995, and is regarded as a market leader in the fields of M&A and CEE. He has extensive experience in international M&A transactions as well as in project-related strategic legal advice (“boardroom advice”). Martin Brodey advises national and international clients in particular on strategic acquisitions, tender processes, private equity deals, joint ventures and privatisations in Austria and Central Europe. As strategic lead counsel on major M&A projects, his strengths lie in providing legal and structural advice and conducting negotiations with a focus on efficient project management and the successful completion of transactions.
