Jürgen Kittel is a partner at DORDA and joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2009. His work includes cross-border M&A transactions focusing on sophisticated (and often hostile) takeovers, public M&A transactions (including public takeovers and squeeze-outs of minority shareholders), and private equity transactions. He is known for advising European and US clients on in-bound transactions in structured sales/bidding processes and negotiated transactions.

His key industries include banking and financial services, gaming and lotteries, automotive, life sciences, and real estate.

Jürgen is admitted to the New York Bar as well as the Austrian Bar.
