Heinrich Kühnert

Heinrich Kühnert joined DORDA in 2016. He is a partner and heads the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice group. Heinrich advises clients on all aspects of Austrian and European competition law including merger control, antitrust, abuse, and state aid. He has broad experience in the energy, transport, telecom, media, healthcare, mechanical engineering as well as retail sectors.

Before joining DORDA, he was a partner in the competition practice of a large Austrian firm and worked as an attorney in the antitrust, competition and trade group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Heinrich is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and publishes regularly on competition law topics.
