Heinrich Kühnert joined DORDA in 2016. He is a partner and heads the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice group. He advises clients on Austrian and European antitrust and foreign trade law in regulatory investigations, in approval procedures for transactions (merger control, FDI) and in civil law follow-up proceedings. His advisory practice also covers state aid and foreign trade law. Heinrich Kühnert has extensive experience in the energy, transport, telecommunications, media, healthcare, mechanical engineering and retail sectors.
Before joining DORDA, he was a partner in the competition practice of a large Austrian firm and worked as an attorney in the antitrust, competition and trade group of a leading international law firm.
Heinrich is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and publishes regularly on competition law topics.
