Bernhard Rieder joined DORDA in 2008. He represents clients in corporate law, (cross border) corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, M&A, and venture capital. He heads the firm's corporate litigation group, focussing on corporate and capital markets defence.
Bernhard is a member of the Austrian Bar and the Association of Lawyers, the German Corporate Law Association, the international lawyers associations AIJA and IBA, and the Austrian Corporate Law Association's advisory board.
Bernhard is author of publications on corporate law, holds seminars and is a faculty member of the University of Applied Sciences Vienna, the University of Vienna, and the University of Technology Vienna.
