Clemens Burian

Clemens Burian-Kerbl has been with DORDA since 2014 and was promoted to Counsel in 2023. Specializing in corporate law as well as transactional and regulatory stock exchange law, Clemens provides legal advice to national and international clients. In corporate law, his main focus lies on corporate governance issues, national and cross-border reorganizations, capital measures, and employee participation programs. His expertise in the field of stock exchange law covers market abuse, transparency, prospectus, and takeover regulations.
