With immediate effect, Lorenz Wicho (39) joins the DORDA Public Law team as a lawyer under the leadership of Bernhard Müller, Partner, and the Construction & Infrastructure Group, led by DORDA Partner, Gunnar Pickl.
He specializes in public commercial, construction and public procurement law, with a focus on identifying legal risks and developing practicable solutions that the company can implement.
After successfully completing his law studies in Vienna, Lorenz Wicho started his professional career as legal counsel in a life science company in Vienna, a position he held from 2008 to 2013. He then completed a court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna from 2013. From 2014 to 2017, he expanded his legal expertise as an associate in the public commercial law team at DORDA. He then deepened his expertise from 2018 to 2019 as an associate and lawyer at a boutique law firm specializing in public procurement law in Vienna and then worked as a lawyer specializing in public law and public procurement law at a law firm also in Vienna These diverse experiences shape his sound legal expertise and lay the foundation for his current position.
