As a member of DORDA's sustainability practice group, Lisa also serves as first point of contact for sound remuneration policies, equal treatment, and all measures pertaining to long-term retention of employees.

Lisa started her legal career at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and previously worked at one of Austria's largest and most renowned banks. Her additional career steps in academia and as an in-house counsel have not only enriched her legal proficiency but also deepened her keen understanding of the practical needs of employers. Lisa's commitment to knowledge-sharing includes delivering specialized lectures and conducting in-house seminars, particularly on key aspects of labor law for international HR managers and on navigating relationships with employee representatives in Austria.

Thomas Angermair, Head of the Employment Law Practice Area, expressed his enthusiasm for Lisa's appointment, emphasizing DORDA's commitment to excellence in employment law and the ongoing promotion of exceptional talent within the firm. He looks particularly forward to Lisa continuing to enhance the team's proficiency in employment law in her new role, ensuring clients receive precise and practical legal support.
