Isabel Penz

Isabel Penz joined DORDA in December 2021. She is part of DORDA's dispute resolution team and also has profound experience in corporate law, capital markets law, and M&A. Isabel's wide-ranged practice covers all fields of litigation and civil law. She has been in particular involved in post M&A and corporate law disuptes since being with DORDA. Isabel previously worked at a notable tax consultancy firm and, already alongside her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, at an auditing firm. Through this professional experience she brings a sound understanding and knowledge of business contexts to her position at DORDA as well as an insight in various industry sectors. During her studies, Isabel also spent a semester abroad at the University of Zürich. In May 2024, Isabel passed the Austrian bar exam with honour. She was admitted to the Austrian bar in July 2026.
