Andreas Zahradnik

Andreas Zahradnik is attorney-at-law in Vienna. After completing his law studies at the University of Vienna in 1991 he worked as assistant lecturer at the Institute of Public and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna. He joined DORDA after his practical court experience. Since 1996 he is a partner of DORDA Rechtsanwälte GmbH.

He is an expert in banking and capital markets law, M&A and restructuring (in particular relating to financial institutions) as well as corporate law and compliance. He mainly advises domestic and international banks, investment firms, private equity, venture capital, investment and hedge funds.

Andreas Zahradnik is the author of books on financial services and EC-law and numerous articles on banking, capital markets and EC-law. He lectured on banking and capital markets law at the University of Vienna and also holds seminars on his specialized areas of practice. Andreas Zahradnik is a member of the IBA and AVCO's Tax and Legal Committee.
