Ulrich Weinstich joined DORDA in 2021 and specializes in M&A and corporate law. His practice includes (inter-) national M&A transactions (primarily private equity and venture capital) as well as corporate law inquiries, in particular on the topics of restructurings and reorganizations. He has several years of professional experience in advising national and international (industrial) companies, funds (private equity / venture capital) and start-ups. He is admitted to the bar in Austria and New York, USA.
