Philipp Stadtegger

Philipp Stadtegger joined DORDA's White Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution team in 2018 and has been a registered lawyer since 2023. His focus is on white collar crime and commercial & corporate litigation, where he assists clients in complex, mostly cross-border disputes. In White Collar Crime he represents clients both as defense counsel before the public prosecutor's office or criminal courts and represents the damaged party in the proceedings. He also advises and trains companies and their employees in compliance with criminal law. Furthermore, he recently presents clients in European sanctions law before the European Courts and assists clients in complex disputes related to sanctions law before civil courts.

Philipp passed the Austrian Bar in 2021 and joined one of Europe's leading steel companies, where he assisted and advised in particular in connection with international contract law, criminal compliance and sanctions law for one year.
