With the acquisition of STAKO, Westport Fuel Systems is expanding its delivery capability for fully integrated fuel systems and relies on the legal support of Martin Brodey and his team at DORDA.
DORDA M&A expert and Managing Partner Martin Brodey and his team comprised of Patricia Backhausen (Attorney), Katharina Binder and Mike Schaunig (both Associates) advised on the successful acquisition of Stako sp. z o.o. (STAKO) – a (now former) Polish subsidiary of Worthington Industries Inc. – by Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.r.l., based in Cherasco, province of Cuneo (Italy).
