DORDA advises Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) on the acquisition of EURO PLAZA 6 in Vienna

Stefan Artner, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Practice Group, and real estate attorney Marie-Luise Pugl of DORDA advised Universal Investment on the acquisition of EURO PLAZA 6. The DORDA real estate team provided Universal Investment with legal support in the due diligence, the negotiations of the share purchase agreement and the successful closing. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The EURO PLAZA 6 property on Wienerberg is the last building of the office park developed by UBM for the time being and was acquired for the real estate fund set up by Universal Investment for the major institutional investor BVK (Bayerische Versorgungskammer). Austrian Kapsch Immobilien is the seller of the almost fully let property with 13,700 sqm of letable space. The main tenant of the office property is RHI Magnesita.
