Immigration & Citizenship

Due to various restrictive amendments to Austrian immigration law from the beginning of the previous decade onwards, we decided to put special emphasis on immigration and citizenship cases and are presently Austria's only top five law firm with an immigration & citizenship practice group in its own right. Our immigration lawyers are fluent in English, German and Russian and regularly act as counsel for multinational corporations and their employees as well as selected private clients in all legal matters related to relocation to and from Austria.

Rather than confining ourselves to filing application packages, we develop comprehensive relocation scenarios and personally guide our clients through each implementation step to reduce the strains associated with relocating to Austria to a minimum.

Owing to our firm's cooperation with distinguished immigration attorneys all over the world, we are in a position to assist our clients in cross-border immigration cases in more than twenty jurisdictions (including Australia, Canada, the United States and many European Economic Area member states).
