Florian Nikolai joined DORDA's Corporate/M&A team in 2016 and regularly advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Florian acquired his doctoral degree in 2022. His doctoral thesis was published by a renowned publishing house. He is also author of several expert publications.
He completed a secondment as Head of Corporate Office & Capital Markets at a (then) listed real estate investment company in order to gain deeper insight into decision-making processes and deepen his understanding of clients' business perspectives.
Florian Nikolai is also co-head of DORDA's Automotive and Mobility Industry Group, a role that he assumed in 2021 due to his expertise in the automotive industry and related M&A transactions. Furthermore, Florian specialises in corporate litigation matters.
